Industrial Technologies 2018 – Vienna

HISENTS partners from University of Leeds, Fraunhofer IBMT, STUBA, NILU

and Tyndall attended the INDTECH 2018 conference held at the Messe Wien Exhibition & Congress Center, Vienna, Austria from 29-31 October. The event combined keynote presentations, talks, a matchmaking event and exhibitions. It provided an excellent opportunity to meet experts from industry, academia and policy to exchange information and to strengthen collaboration. INDTECH2018 anticipated 1,100 participants from more than 30 countries in Europe and across the globe. At Stand 1 in the conference hall, together with our colleagues at the NIA, HISENTS presented a high impact display of our technology, including the portable demonstrator unit developed at Fraunhofer IBMT, presented by Thorsten Knoll.

The stand was popular with attendees, many inquired about the technology demonstrator presented by Fraunhofer. An animation was presented along with the demonstrator to break down the technology quickly to passers-by. Our colleagues from Tyndall, NILU and STUBA were all on-hand to answer any technical questions.
